This was worth every penny . I cooked both a pork roast ( Pernil ) and Thanksgiving Turkey on the same day and both were absolute perfection ! My friends abs family raved about his juicy they were . It's a time saver and saves you from heat exhaustion from your oven on all day ! I recommend .
