I got these for a room that is westerly facing to block out some sun rays during dusk to help prevent sun-fading of my furniture. I really appreciate the thickness and the blackout fabric that it is lined with. These are quality curtain panels at a great price point.

Bought "silver" tile pattern: it's a yellowish grayish neutral that filters the light rather than fully darkening the room, so my gray room feels like the inside of a pearl. Very cool effect! Wrinkles and folds hang out gradually. I had no issues with smell or off-gassing.
