I looked at a number of frames because I needed more than 100 of them for a business project. This was the best because of solid construction, attractive wood and it has "grippers" to hang them with. And it comes with a pre-cut matte. At about $12 they were hand's down the best value.

Quality was excellent, although frame was a bit darker than I thought it would be. Nice wood. Attractive. Very securely packaged in Styrofoam in durable box.
