This is a very nice mask and it's great that I can put cold inserts in it for migraines that I get often. This keeps me from having to hold something cold against my forehead while trying to sleep. it also works for heat but I've never tried it for that pretty good build quality as well

I paid a dollar per pound. You're probably not gonna find a better deal. They probably won't last as long if you're banging them on concrete but if you have mats they'll hold up
