Purchased as gift, but was there for opening. Packaged well, worked amazing right out of the box. The light was very bright. Touch worked without a hitch. No hollow wall anchors included in mounting kit, though. Will likely buy another for myself

Received from China unbroken which was greatest concern. Mirror is lovely and looks just right over my bathroom vanity. However light doesn't dim as ad says. So while I like the lighted mirror, I wanted the ambient light of the dimming feature. That's why I bought this particular mirror.
