I can honestly say I've never read anything like this. Gross and superb. I had trouble getting into the feel of the book at first, but quickly was sucked in by the characters, the necromancy, the immediacy of the writing. I will keep going on this series.

This was an unusual read for me as I went in blind. With too many books to read I tend to screen my upcoming reads. This one, 'Gideon the Ninth' by Tamsyn Muir, I picked on a whim. I am so very happy that I did. The story is quite unlike any I've read to date with a fine blend of Science Fiction,...
