It came in a box. Lade it out opened the mattress. Cut and took out plastic cover. Wala mattress rose. I laid on it and it felt firm and comfortable.

We thought this mattress was fantastic! Fully “recovered” it's size, after being taken out of the box, in no time. Very soft but also has a more firm layer under soft layer.

So comfortable! It takes a few days to reach its final shape since it comes rolled up. It is heavy but it seems small when you open it. It isn't. It is very nice.
