Brielle was a poorly made rug. The photo did not show the thin weave. The rug is a cousin to the shag rugs. The colors and design make your eyes feel like they are experiencing a spin on a toy wind mill.

I like the look and colors of this rug but it definitely is not 1.5" pile which is why I bought it. More like .15" pile! Really needs to be thicker and then I could give it a better rating.

As the other review points out, the rug is fairly thin and we did get a rug pad to help with that. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is that the edges were a little wavy and not perfectly straight. It's a great rug that looks exactly like what is on the website.
