Well, I purchased my Philips norelco 3000 series 5+ years ago and only recently last year finally changed the battery. I am a woman, but still have issues with nose hair. It has never pulled or was unable to handle hair upon every semi weekly use. By the way…it is STILL working!

From the moment I took this Phillips nose ,ear , eyebrow Trimmer out of the package inserted the included battery and started using it I have been extremely pleased with the ease of operation no pulling of hairs great job of removing hairs. Thank You for such a Great Product!
