I bought this as a replacement for a pan I lost on a trip last summer. Its JUST what me and my partner were looking for. Easy clean up, no greasy residue. I recommend hand washing even though it says dishwasher safe. Irs SUPER easy to clean and not super duper heavy, but it is durable

The only thing I don't love is the lid slid out of the box and landed on my ankle and ended up swollen and bruised. Take care when unpacking. Otherwise, this is a wonderful pan. Highly recommend. I particularly like that it can go in oven and that there is a stabilizing handle on one side. Have o...
