These pans are beautiful to look at and the weight of them was a nice surprise. I have yet to cook on them, but I'm looking forward to doing so.

Love my oven baking pans. Durable and reliable just like the company promises. Love the construction material and the non-stick coated layer surface. I wash them by hand with warm water and mild soap. Haven't washed them in the dishwasher,although you can.
