Very easy to assemble. It is rather low so if you have children under 10 like myself it's maybe not the best stand to get for it is in arms reach and easy for them to get their hands on. That's the only flaw but I bought it because the price was more then fair

This is Great for my 55 in. Plasma TV . Arrived quickly without any damages. Looks Great in my living toom and had plenty of room for my DVR and cable box the compartments (shelves) are very sturdyand it took about 1hr 1/2 to put it together. Like the color and texture.

Took quite a While to get this thing assembled due to missing hardware but the company was super good about sending a new install hardware kit.
