Shipping was a bit dicey, packages arrived at different times and it took a few days - but once I got it, I was thrilled. It's not the highest quality but it is super comfortable. The color is definitely blueish grey and the fabric is soft. I put Scotchgard on it which didn't stain.

This sofa fits my small apartment. Perfect for me and my dog to lie on to watch TV, rest or sleep. The only problem is that the casters for pull-out bed are missing. Customer service immediately helped me arrange for a replacement to take almost another week to complete the whole couch.

This sofa is exactly as described. Really beautiful and comfortable. Some of the holes are not preset and you need to use a drill to assemble. The instructions do not point this out so it may be a headache for people who are not good at assembly. But it is DO not a quality issue!!! I got a video ...
