There was a boy that was on the shore because of a Wrecked ship and he had to get away because all the survivors were killed so that the people who lived on the coast got all the money and wine and all the stuff that floated ashore from the wreckage. This book is a good read.

Interesting book, that I think would be good for middle schoolers or late elementary school. has a lot of death and treachery that they might not understand.
