The 3rd cushion is UNDER one of the sofas!!!!!!!! I thought it was missing one as well till I seen the red tag! I love them. They're a little firm but I don't mind firm. I love that I can move them around however I want. Definitely perfect for my 1bd apartment.

This couch is amazing! It is firm but not so firm it's uncomfortable. It's very roomy. Only thing I don't like is the three seats don't actually lock or connect together. My family is very happy and comfortable.

This is a great piece, I was able to take all the pieces upstairs by myself and assemble it in the loveseat plus armless chair configuration in around 30-45 minutes. Mine came with all back pillows but missing one of the accent pillows. But not a big deal because I will buy all new accent pillows...
