The fourth step was missing, but I was able to figure it out. Also, the holes where the two sections meet were never drilled. I just used glue, and it seems very sturdy. I won't, however, put anything heavy on top of it. Otherwise, it appears to be a fantastic product.

This cabinet is very sturdy, easy to assemble, and has lots of room inside. The only thing I would say could be better is that the shelves inside don't sit on the pegs unless you don't put the pegs all the way in the holes. There are a lot of pieces to this cabinet, but it goes together easily if you follow the instructions. I'm in my 60s and had no problem assembling it. Once it's built, it's easy to move around. It's the best price I could find and looks great in my small bathroom. I recommend it!
