I am so happy I have this pillow. I am amazed at the chill factor - not that it makes you cold at all, especially since it's winter - I mean it is so nice that it feels so complete when you're sleeping. It is firm without being hard and soft without drowning you.

This pillow is VERY cool to the touch. The pillow comes shrink wrapped very tightly so you have to give it a few days to expand. I'm super excited to start using this and have it really cool my head which runs very hot at night.
