This rug is fine for a bedroom runner rug. But the rug is not washable so would need professional cleaning. Therefore it would not be useful in a high foot traffic area!

This is a very thin, lightweight rug, which is what I was looking for to cover up a badly stained carpet that just won't come clean anymore (cat vomit). I purchased several rugs to try and match my furniture and this one was it! Very nice pattern, easy to vacuum, and the cat did vomit on it right...
