Really easy to use thanks to the non-stick feature, it was effortless to serve. Thick and strong materials and I love the fact that it can be wash in the dishwasher that's always a plus. So far so good :)

This Bakers Secret Loaf Pan is great. It measures 5" x 10". It is dish washer safe, and my baked goods do not stick to it, although I still spray it to ensure my banana bread is perfect. It is composed of carbon steel and cooks thoroughly throughout whatever you are baking. A+

A very high quality loaf pan in a large but flexible size: I baked three quick bread recipes, and all baked and browned well and evenly, despite different heights and widths. Should be perfect for meatloaf too. The nonstick surface made cleanup a snap. Easily shelved my old loaf pan.
