My boys absolutely love this bed! But screws and plates were missing from box so we couldn't complete the setup and I will be contacting you to send me the complete set.

Cute setup and my girls ended up loving it. But.....expect at least a day to set up. Directions are not user friendly, missing some bolts, parts were dinged, scratched, and some either not pre drilled or the holes were off. I had already lugged the extremely heavy boxes up, unpacked and organized...

Missing screws, wood pieces damaged, mislabeled items, directions not clear only photos

1 box had every wooden piece numbered like it was supposed to, the 2nd box didn't have any of the slats numbered so it was close to impossible to try and assemble the bed. Beyond frustrating. Will most likely have to return

This bed was absolutely horrible to put together. Two sets of directions that were completely different. A whole set of missing screws and bolts. Having to drill our own holes, could t even put the toy box together because the boards were all wrong. And customer was absolutely horrible with helping.
