I bought two of these about 4 years ago. After about a year, the first one died - light would come on, but no heat. It was replaced under warranty. The second one died about 6 months after that. Again, replaced under warranty. The first replacement one died about a year ago, and was not replaced....

I bought this less than 6 months ( 02/2021). I have a 29 gallon. When I first got it, it worked and worked well. My water in my temperature maintained, consistent readings, I had one that also sticks to the glass, and manual. It maintained the same temperatures. This should have worked more than ...

lasted couple months. Then Indicator light stayed on the whole time. When checked there was no heat.

Bought it from a petstore and hr away from home. Came home and opened it and plugged it in. It's never even kicked on. Would have been nice if it worked.

I've purchased two and both have condensation INSIDE the unit within a week. This is extremely worrisome to me.
