Parts are broken... what do I do

i ordered this dresser and it came with missing parts. i assembled half of it and then realized they forgot 2 parts. had to email ameriwood themselves because it was within a year of purchase. pieces took about a week to get here. put those on and then realized the screws for the drawer handles ...

Hello, Oh, I live alone, and I am disabled with Parkinson's disease. This is the third delivery where the box was left behind my vehicle. I have complained before without any relief. If I had to somehow back my vehicle up, I would have to run over the back of the box.

It is pretty, a lot like the picture. However, I noticed that some of the pieces were scratched up when I went to put together. This thing is so heavy I didn't want to fool with returning so I am keeping it. Just be aware when you purchase!
