This is a nice light-weight but sturdy set of cooling racks. They are big enough to hold a 9x13 cookie sheet. They are not real thick or heavy. They stack together and are easy to store. It's always nice to have extra racks around the holidays too.

These are just what I needed and the biggest bounus of all is that they are lightweight and nest together so well that storage is a snap. I plan of giving them a double duty try as racks on which to dry some jerky on the pellet grill. I've got two now and one more pack of two should do just fine....

These Baker's Secret non-stick carbon steel cooling racks are perfect for baking cookies. Once the cookies are ready to come out of the oven, place them on the cooling rack to avoid the bottoms from burning. You can also use these racks to set fried chicken on to drain the excess grease.
