This ceramic pan is really nice looking and is a great size. For a family or 1 or 2, this pan makes for a great casserole dish. Easy to clean and I don't use steel products for fear of scratching the ceramic. It has held up fine in the oven and no problems with holding it taking it in or out ....

So I've owned this about two days and have already used it. The 8x8 size worked great to bake a eggplant parmigiana for my family of three. I love that it has handles on the side for easy carry and removal. The ceramic coating was completely nonstick and made cleanup a breeze.

I have been I. Love with pioneer woman cookware and have many of her items. So this buy of the 8 X 8 pan was a no brainer. I use this to cook pieces of chicken baked and many little casseroles or desserts. So easy to use and so easy to clean and the colors and patterns are so pretty.
