this was a joke. I recieved a used one. had something spilled on it and the user manual and box looked like some one previously owned it. very very disappointed

Buyers beware.. do NOT purchase... I don't give it any stars because it's junk... No apps work even after several attempts to reset, still nothing. I called customer support and she had me to reset and soon said just send it back...since I have to select a star before review will go through

Garbage! USED-REFURBISHED!! This was not advertised as used. The screen is scratched up and there is a key broken off. I thought there was a 30-day return. It's only a 15 day return! I'm now stuck with a lit-up paperweight.
