this is a perfect mattress topper for me because I am overweight and have back problems. Any thinner than 4" doesn't really do the trick. It's also real memory foam, not that gel memory foam crap.

It fluffed up in just hours. It is firm, but very comfortable . The vent holes throughout help to keep from getting too hot. It cushions side sleeping much better than our old convoluted type pad. Good purchase!
