First of all these Tasty knives are beautiful! The covers fit perfectly on and do not come off. I hand wash for the most part and they look as good as when I first got them. The cut on these is perfect from cantaloupes to meat, they cut beautifully!! I highly recommend!

I just received the knife set of three today and was very excited and ready to try them out. The set included a 7 inch Santoku knife I used for slicing onions.
