If you already have 10 foot ceilings, there shouldn't be a problem, however I had to trim each of the legs down by 10 inches so that my kid could fit up there without smacking his head.

Just like picture after done with assembly. Some instructions hard to understand. A lot of the parts are not labeled. We had to guess and compare to other labeled parts. The stairs was the hardest part to assemble.
