Very comfortable, somewhat firm but still soft due to the memory foam. I love it but it's to explain… a family member recommended it and I'm glad I got it. Also got my platform frame from Walmart as well!

Mattress is great with medium firm. I bought a 13.5 inch king memory foam infused with cooling gel. The name says cooling gel but during summer I felt my back is sweating. Not sure if it's due to temperature or bed is giving heat. Overall for the price ($395 tax) I got the best mattress.
