Although unstable, the towel rack is still usable. No matter how tightly you tighten the arm, it still moves too much. When you remove one towel, the next one falls to the ground. It looks adorable and I keep it in my shower.

This is not sparkly with a matte black finish. broken or missing pieces. For wet or leaking linens, I enjoy the open mesh bottom. And I like that it is tall enough to accommodate bath towels of three different heights and that it sits off the ground. We require more accommodating client service!
