Both of the antlers were busted off at the top of the deers head, more care should have been taken when it was packed like bubble wrap or popcorn pellets

Package was received damaged. Item was just wrapped %26 placed in box. Don't understand why Walmart doesn't secure these breakable items properly. This is about my fourth item received damaged.

Reindeer poorly packed. They were placed in a box and shipped! No packing filler at all. Both of them came damaged and now trying to figure out how to ship back for a refund. IF you can find them in a store, I'm sure they would be beautiful.

Reindeer is adorable but unfortunately it arrived with broken antlers. I returned it to my local Walmart and ordered another, again it arrived with broken antlers. Nice item, except for the fact that 3 out of 4 reindeer (in two separate boxes) arrived with the antlers broken, due to poor packaging. Believe the reviews, don't bother ordering because Walmart hasn't figured this out. I feel badly for the manufacturer.
