Items arrived in good condition but are missing the instructions to how to setup the lock. I would think that such a big and internationally known brand would be more attentif to such details. I'll update my review regarding the product quality/durability after using it.

Sturdy bag with no complaints. It's suitable as a US-sized carry-on, but might be too big for European carriers. I love the two pockets and straps for holding clothing in one half. Highly recommended for US travel or as a small checked bag in Europe.

I adore the 360 rolling feature; it glides so smoothly, and the size is just perfect. I purchased it for my 8-year-old son who traveled alone for the first time, and he absolutely fell in love with it. I'm planning to get one for myself and my husband too!
