Such a great book to help students deal with teasing - from either side. Students learn to accept classmates with speech difficulties and to help those with difficulties deal with negative comments. Love this book!!

I have loved this book from the first time I read it to my second grade class. They cheered when Rodney bested the bully, Camilla Capybara (and I did too!) This is a wonderful story about a rat who is made fun of for having a lisp, but who triumphs in the end. Lots of fun to read to kids.
