I love this vacuum steam mop it cuts the time in half because I don't have to sweep then mop I can do it at once and it picks up all my dog's hair. I like it had a tray it sits on when not using it and we can sit it there to self clean. I'm happy with my purchase.

I liked the mop goes from area rug to tile to vinyl plank floors and cleans carpet stains and sucks up a fur coat left by my 90lb Belgium shep/Lab mix Dog. I like that it really works as advertised. Bissell made it lightweight and very easy to push and pull I had two back surgeries and can't use...

This thing is absolutely amazing! Even my kids enjoy cleaning now with it in the house. perfect for any home, especially if you have 3 dogs and a cat, and one of the dogs is a German Shepherd, who sheds her whole self in fur volume in a week or less! It keeps up with the messes no problem!

It is so easy to use and clean. Love the fact that I can vac and mop in one or vac and then go over with the mop. The parts are extremely easy to take apart and wash off. One of my favorite purchases.
