I purchased this in satellite beach Fl Walmart location while on business. It came charged with 3 bars. I went to plug my phone in and it doesn't power to charge. I turned it on. I turned it off. Ridiculous I bought this for just in an emergency and this item failed.

First time using this brand ever and I love it bought it used it the same day with no problem it only had 3 bars when I charged my phone but charged it up to 95% in a half hour so I will definitely be getting more for my family
