This book is absolutely mind blowing. I just wish there were more stories attached to the pictures, like in the preface. At the same time I know it is not possible. The stories behind these pcitures are simply not known behind what we see in them. Much needed, necessary and commendable work. Bravo.

Mostly of interest to gay men. Wonderful vintage photos of gay men in love. This, most certainly, will become a rare book and sell for hundreds in the future. We can only speculate the lives lived by these lovers.

These rare photos have been beautifully curated by the authors. They speak volumes about love between men before Stonewall and the modern era. Highly recommended.
