Sadly, the worst one I have read of the Daisy books. No plot at all, really, and the interpersonal stuff was dull although the story arc moved forward with a clash of the families.

The author does a good job of bringing the 1920s to life. The plot is good in parts, though at times it drags a little. Characters are believable and there's some good humour throughout. So not a classic but worth checking out.
