It is pre-drilled with 10 holes to work on horizontal sections and save your labor Weather protection - This cable railing post is made of quality T304 stainless steel with great rust resistance and will work for a long lifetime.

However, plz note that T304 is not recommended for projects within 10 miles of the seaside or saltwater.
