This mini IMX477 camera has a higher resolution, which is up to 12MP, but the size and weight are limited.

It enjoys the same size as the official IMX219 camera board and mounted a low distortion M12 lens.

You need to modify the config.txt file and add configuration lines according to the camera type before using it.

sudo nano /boot/config.txt add the line: dtoverlay=imx477 To override the automatic camera detection, Bullseye users will also need to delete the entry or change it to value 0.

camera_auto_detect=1 update: camera_auto_detect=0 For Pi0-3 bullseye users, you also need to enable glamor acceleration: sudo raspi-config Navigate to Advanced options→Glamor→enabled
