It's easy to replace your current holder spindle with the Extender.

Just insert it into the toilet paper roll instead of your old spindle.

The ends are designed to lock in place in the holes of your holder, especially inset ceramic holders.

Expands to a maximum width of 5-9/16", compresses to 4-1/2", and locks into fixture holes as small as 0.270".

Point it downward when depth is an issue.

Point it horizontally when you need extra height.

Some holders will allow the Teravan Standard Extender to rotate down so the roll touches the wall and while the roll is able to spin it will not be hanging freely.
