The DayMark cut-resistant HAACP medium-weight glove is a protective garment suitable to be worn on either hand when preparing food or working with knives to help protect against cuts.

The glove is made of polyethylene fiber for cut protection and resistance to moisture and abrasion.

DayMark cut-resistant gloves are available in different colors (blue for fish, green for produce, red for raw meat, white for dairy and cooked foods, and yellow for poultry) for handling foods separately in compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Principles and Application (HACCP) food safety guidelines.

The wristband is color-coded according to size for ready identification.

This glove is dishwasher-safe and can be bleached, sanitized, and machine-washed.
