Note: we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by receiving a VFD with a factory default voltage of 380V instead of the expected 480V.

Typically, we ensure that the output voltage is set correctly before shipment, but in rare cases, may not be set.

Not to worry, though.

If you encounter this situation, you can easily adjust the output voltage to 480V by setting parameter P0.08 accordingly.
