This is the best $20 I ever spent! I have been going to the gym for months and this is the best workout I have ever had. I could feel and see results in just a few workouts. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This stability ball is very easy, comfortable, affordable, and will give awesome results when used properly. The video provided helps to make the exercises easier. I would recommed this product to anyone who wishes to either lose or control their body shape, weight or muscle tone.

I could not be happier with this product. The ball itself is great, and the DVD is awesome. You will absolutely feel the workout. The first part gets the muscles stretched and the heart rate up, then you go right into the work out. It is great. I already want more products from this company:)
