Helps decrease swollen nasal membranes. A must with allergies and/or colds. I will say, however, the lid is very difficult trying to take off at first. I know i finagled with the lid for over 5 minutes. Other than that, this is a great over-the-counter medication for supply.

I wish I had discovered this before now, it's great. Works wonderfully. The cap was tough to get off even after reading the instructions. I will surely buy this again.
