I usually buy the vanilla but will switch off and on to the Chocolate. For best taste I recommend mixing with milk and not water. Nice chocolate treat after a workout.

Its not the tastiest thing in the world, but its good, as long as you mix it in well you wont gag lol. In milk you really gotta stir it, but if you blend it into a milkshake with ice cream it tastes great!
