Is this vegan? Want to make for guests PS. We LOVE this so much. We add onion, fresh fruit (apples and/mango), ginger preserves, vegetable broth and some additional curry. Sometime add shrimp

This product is not only super easy to cook, but it's also super delicious. This would be a perfect thing to cook for dinner, and the curry flavor is strong enough to be felt but not too overpowering.
