Purchased this unit to replace an older Panasonic MW that failed after 7 years or so. This unit is very powerful. The controls are well-designed and intuitive, much better than the unit it replaced. Only negative is that the control panel fogs up sometimes.

This microwave has a knob, rather than a keypad, to select the cook time. Once you get to 10 seconds, you can only select the time in 5 second intervals. Another feature that I don't care for is that for a high wattage oven, it takes longer to heat the same item than our previous oven.
