One of the two plastic door hooks broke in June 2017. The one year warranty expired in Feb 2017. The microwave will not run, now. I read a couple of other reviews complaining about problems with the door. I am NOT impressed with Panasonic making a part, that gets so much pressure, out of PLASTIC.

If you are thinking about buying this product, STOP! The one our family bought lasted 2 months. Sure it is under warranty, but that only covers parts needed, after labor & shipping and handling & wait time to get it back it is more cost efficient to buy another more "Reputable Brand" AC

I had two Panasonic 2.2 cu ft microwaves in the last 5 years, one last for 2 years and the other a little over 1 year. Panasonic wouldn't offer any credit or repair for the short life of their products. I will not buy another Panasonic microwave again.
