Take more than prescribed though. Take at least 125mgs being low on vitamin d or not getting enough sunlight can be a killer to moods and productivity as long as I take 125mgs I am set for the day....

Nice package. Gel caps have a tendency to stick to each other and form clumps - they release easily on shaking the bottle. Easy to tap out one cap at a time with some practice
