I take a vitamin D supplement everyday per my doctor, and these are great for getting my daily dose. I like the taste very much and the fact they're in jelly bean form is really fun. I feel like they work just as well as any other Vitamin D I've taken and I'll continue to use them.

This is a delicious way to get some extra vitamin D. These jelly beans taste just like a treat and help give you incentive to remember to take your vitamins. I wish they had a higher concentration of vitamin D, but they're perfect if you only need to slightly supplement your intake.
